Workplace & Facilities Lead
CurrentReporting to the Head of Workplace and Wellbeing, with responsibility for ensuring the workplace evolves in-line with the current market and trends, the company retains carbon neutrality certification and work towards net-zero by 2050, adherence to health, safety and compliance, continuing to streamline and automate processes, and elevate employee experience while keeping wellbeing at the forefront.Knowledge and experience of:Overseeing the general day-to-day running of the Oxford HQ, ensuring all service requests, safety standards and processes are adhered to. Building supplier relationships and monitoring performance to maintain high levels of service, at reasonable costs. Making sure processes are continually improved to find smart or new ways to solve problems and drive efficiency.Implementing carbon footprint calculations for verification, offsetting and achieving carbon neutrality via PAS 2060 certification. Currently working towards calculating the remainder of Scope 3 emissions and developing science-based targets to ensure a robust carbon reduction pathway to net-zero by 2050.Developing and implementing ambitious, collaborative and fun wellbeing strategies. Coordinating, communicating and delivering wellbeing and social events.
