I own and manage 4 Single-Family Homes. I ensure placement of qualified tenants, ensure property maintenance request are addressed in a timely fashion and manage the turnover process.

Responsible for full cycle accounts payable functions for the corporate office, handling over 3,000 invoices per month and $40M in payments per quarter . Additionally, I handle the inter-company accounting for 30 internationally based business units, including billing costs out, processing of invoices in, and collection and payment of invoices following close. A highlight of my role in 2017 was the implementation of several process improvements that on only decreased time to completion for close critical tasks, but also ensured greater accuracy in entries while strengthening controls.

As an executive coordinator I provided support to the corporate business planning and finance teams. Tasks ranged from editing and compiling quarterly performance reports for all units across the globe into a consolidated book for board meetings to assisting in preparing entries for year end in addition to the responsibilities of an assistant to each team-lead.

Reviewed the accounting documentation from 7 field offices, and used the data supplied for pipe-line analysis of grants from multiple granting agencies including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Omidyar.
