IB Boost is a niche consultancy and software development startup with offices in London, Singapore and New Zealand. Our mission is to provide better, reusable solutions to common software project challenges, and our objective is to industrialise best practices by developing open source software that encapsulates the lessons we learn again and again in various projects. We are specialists in systems integration, rich web application development, test automation and reconciliations, and in introducing the so-called "DevOps" approach into organisations. Our aim is to lower total cost of ownership and improve delivery by using both our products and tried and tested project methodologies. With IB Boost the wheel is not re-invented on every new project - we build on the shoulders of giants, and constantly refine our software to further enhance each new project.My role at IB Boost is varied, but includes looking after aspects of Project Management, Finance, HR, Legal, Business Development, and general business management.

General project / programme management, whilst also serving as Chief of Staff with a focus on strategy and planning, budget and headcount management, and internal team communications.

Oversaw all stages of the project management life cycle. Responsible for project management of a wide variety of HR initiatives, including but not limited to Talent Management and Mobility, Employee Well-Being, Learning Management System Implementation and People Screening.

Completed a series of three six-month specialist placements in roles that focused on project management / programme management office activities.
