Dr. Dawn Li is an entrepreneur, information / data specialist, and educator. She has almost thirty years of corporate and academic experience. Her expertise includes program and contract management, integrated data analytics systems, training and e-learning curriculum design, business process improvements, and customer service. For 20 years, she has played a leadership role at Data and Analytic Solutions Inc (DAS), growing the firm from 2 individuals to a successful government contractor servicing 50+ projects over 10+ agencies.
