I am an office professional seeking a career position performing an office function such as accounts payable/receivable, inventory management. The majority of my career has been working at Discount Steel (DSI). For 16 years developing my path from bookkeeper to accounting manager in charge of all accounting functions including managing the support staff.After DSI, I was recruited to CLP Mgmt. CLP was the mgmt. co. for multiple Suite Living Assisted Living facilities. As the accounting clerk, on Quickbooks, I performed all the accounts payable and payroll functions. At Somnetics International, the manufacturer of the Transcend Sleep Apnea machine, I worked in the call center. I provided customer service and order entry as well as sales and customer problem resolution. Previously, as the office manager, I did accounts receivable, inter-company accounts payable and multiple bank reconciliations. I maintained several robust excel spreadsheets. I worked daily with Quickbooks importing and exporting. I am proficient with multiple FTP and shipping web sites.Currently at Midwest Overhead Crane Corp, I work in the accounting department. Using MAS90/Sage 100, I bill and collect for new crane sales and installation, service and parts. I also perform all accounts payable and receivable functions. Job costing is very important and applied in all the accounting functions. I also do time card entry and payroll. I also do monthly sales taxes for multiple states. I am a very upbeat positive person in the office. I enjoy being busy and working hard. I very much enjoy being part of a team and will be happy to pitch in and 'git 'er done'​.
