I am excited to have retired from a full-time Director position at YWCA Saskatoon. My most recent work experience comes from the not-for-profit sector. This experience together with previous training and experience gained from working in the public and private sectors, gives me a strong base of knowledge, skills and abilities in management.Achievements:• 1 8years’ experience in program development with a focus on design, implementation and evaluation of employment and training programs;• 16 years’ experience working within a collaborative team that set strategic direction in response to community need in Saskatoon;• Responsible for employment centres where 500+ individuals annually access programs and services;• Ability to expand program offerings to meet the training needs of individuals and community stakeholders through partnerships with other organizations – most recent projects were Trade Journey, Women Shifting Gears and Essential Skills for Employment.The next step for my career is to seek out part-time opportunities to share my experience and knowledge.
