Dawn joined Hudson Gate Partners in 2016 as the Head of the Infrastructure, Accounting and Operations Group.Dawn brings over 12 years of recruiting experience in the Alternative Investments area. Her expertise ranges from C-level to junior searches in the hedge fund, private equity, and family office space. Over the years, Dawn has been instrumental in building some of the top hedge funds’ and private equity firms’ infrastructure/middle offices. As an infrastructure expert and trusted adviser, Dawn brings a unique ability to bring a highly consultative approach advising on anything from compensation to department design. She has become known for her high level of integrity and for her “practice what you preach” attitude. Dawn began a career in Accounting at Lehman Brothers, and was then able to successfully move into Mortgage Bond Sales at Merrill Lynch. Prior to starting at Hudson Gate, Dawn started and managed the Alternative Investment group at a New York City based executive search firm. Dawn received a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MA in Counseling from New York University. In her free time, Dawn counsels young adults, travels, does yoga, runs marathons, and volunteers for organizations, such as the Covenant House and the Achilles Club.Dawn@hudsongatepartners.com
