Led the highly sensitive project to transform a portion of the heritage Rohm and Haas IT organization into the future Dow Philadelphia Project and Support Center. This complex project included 9 tracks with great emphasis on knowledge transfer, onboarding and training, change management and communications. Worked closely with new leadership and a core project team from both heritage organizations as well as Dow’s IS strategic partner, Accenture. Additionally led project management execution track with Dow counterpart to implement Dow’s Project Delivery Methodology process and tools.

Selected by C-level management to lead a highly visible and complex global, transformational sales and marketing program involving the implementation of SAP/Vendavo software, new pricing processes and methods, change management, training and communications for a diverse set of businesses. Over $20MM in bottom-line opportunity was discovered while the project was underway, proving 1% or $100MM benefit was an achievable target. The project was viewed as well-run and highly successful by the C-level steering team as well as the businesses. Transitioned the project after the most complex pieces were accomplished with a clear plan in place to complete the remainder of the rollouts within the approved budget.
