I have worked for the Circulation department of the StarNews for 12 years. One of my biggest accomplishments is in March 2013 I successfully moved our call center from an outsourced call center located oversees, to our local office. I know manage the call center, and handle all of the reporting for The Alliance for Audited Media (AAM).I have also volunteered for the North Carolina Azalea Festival, and was in charge of the Street Fair in 2011. Prior to that I ran the arts and craft vendors for the previous six years. In 2008, my team expanded the Street Fair from 200 vendors to over 300, and expanded the footprint of the Street Fair from 1/2 mile to over 1 mile in length.I love taking on a challenge!
