Working in a legal environment since 1986, firstly in the civil litigation sector, but exclusively in Family Law since 1993, initially at Parrott & Coales in Aylesbury, then in Bletchley and Milton Keynes, and now in Rugby.I am committed to providing an excellent service to Family Law clients, and approaching every case in a constructive and cost effective way, resulting in the referral of many new clients recommended by former and existing clients, and repeat instructions from previous clients.Working on all areas of Family Law, from property disputes between former partners, through proceedings about children's arrangements, divorce and dissolution of Civil Partnerships, and onto financial claims in all cases, from the very complicated, to the more straightforward. I am increasingly working on pre and post nuptial agreements, and cohabitation and separation agreements.I am a Collaborative lawyer, and apply the principles of working cooperatively, to achieve an early settlement in all cases, whether they are proceeding collaboratively or not.I am a member of the Pensions, Tax and Financial Remedies committee for Resolution, First for Family Law, so that I can play an active role in the shaping of policy for how the law relating to financial claims between separating partners and spouses should be developed, to keep pace with our ever changing society.
