Transitioning from Test Environment and Data Coordinator role into a new Project Management Support role was important to provide Quality Assurance PMO and Managers raw cost and effort data to ensure resource costs remained within project budgets. As Walgreens prepared for its latest reorganization at the time, embracing a deep-dive learning of their project data tool was necessary to understand how it could be applied to the QA organization's need to track resource cost, effort, and projects. In collaboration with QA PMO, a task template was designed, implemented, and used to provide clear effort and cost data for major test tasks for all resources. During the deep dive, a discovery was made to improve reporting further. In collaboration with management and development team, application changes were made, and User Acceptance Testing successfully completed resulting in meaningful raw data which can be used to not only track effort and cost information, but generate effort history on tasks performed within the test team that can be used for future estimation and data driven problem solving purposes. Supplementing metrics analysis activities, there was a need to help QA Managers coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding resource tasks during the reorganization and administer project initiation/ authorization tasks in the project plan tool. Towards the end of the assignment, managers and leads were trained to generate their team's data creating a smooth transition to closing this position.

A Test Data and Environment team was formed to support the Point of Sale Quality Assurance test teams during the remaining software and hardware rollout into production. Two data and environment specialists were coordinated to handle complex data and environment requests and set-ups. This team also provided occasional incident support to onsite Pharmacy and offshore Point of Sale environment specialists. JIRA was a key tool in providing the team vision of tasks open/closed and their severity. Visio was utilized to create documentation of environment components and release cadence traveling through the test stores. As the lead of this team, I created a wiki site to direct testers and business analysts to correct points of contact for environment and data needs. This site also empowered teams to reserve environments 24/7 for a vast range of testing initiatives and software demonstrations. Additionally, I prioritized tasks for the team during times where priorities were conflicting, and drafted hardware estimates & environment reuse solutions for teams requesting dedicated test environments.

Provided administrative support to IT Director and five managers. Responsibilities: Coordinated Director's schedule and activities for entering and exiting personnel. Coordinated complex meetings, department holiday functions, basic office tasks, assisted workers with disabilities, submitted supply orders, and developed and maintained databases to track seat licenses and tasks associated with personnel changes.
