About Dawn Miller

Dawn Miller is a Senior Advisor to NYC's Chief Climate Officer | Mobility Policy and Partnerships at City of New York. She possess expertise in policy analysis, public policy, policy, research, economic development and 10 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "I work with Dawn on planning for electric taxis and am impressed with her intelligence, work ethic, and efficiency. Dawn has practical and long-term project management skills. As two examples, she has succeeded in putting actual electric taxis on the road and also authoring an in-depth road map for large scale taxi electrification. The latter required not only understanding opaque and complex electrical distribution system, fleet behavior, and the city’s built environment (for curbside charging), but also distilling that into an actionable strategy document. As an example of her work, the Take Charge report exemplifies Dawn’s ability to spearhead complex projects and successfully complete them."
