I filled in while they hired a permanent employee. I answered phones and directed calls. As needed, I sent faxes (or assisted in sending them) and made copies. There were a few monthly reports I was responsible for completing. I did enter financial information into their system a few times and worked on a couple projects that were assisgned by department chairs.

I held all the 'titles' listed (new to old) at one time. All positions were in after school programs at various school districts in Alleghany County. Each position had a few unique duties, but in them all was the common thread to assure and promote the delivery of progam activities by working with enrolled students, staff, and community partners. As Family Partner I had to meet with parents/guardians to enroll students and I had more responsibility in submitting monthly reports and doing data entry.

The main duty for this postion was to prepare, print, and fold the weekly bulletin for worship service. Other tasks/duties: answer the phone, taking messages or directing the caller as needed; assist people with the copier or faxing; place orders for supplies (for the office and for other committies); pick up and send out mail at the post office; type up reports as request by commitie members; maintain the church website and Facebook page; assist community memebers in accessing the food panty.
