Serve as a Strategic Business Partner for Recon Sales in the 2 Regions, which includes 6 Branches and 4 Agencies, ~340 employees, and a combined quota of ~$520m/year. In 2010 added responsibility for HR for the new Joint Preservation Business Unit, a ~$16m business. Responsible for employee relations, staffing, investigations, workforce planning, and talent management/development. Partner with Business Leaders to create a high-performance culture focused on accountability. Facilitate the talent management process, work with managers to develop workforce and succession plans, individual development plans and provide strength-based and 360°coaching (110+ coached). Lead quarterly HR Business Reviews with regional management. Facilitate the Q12 Employee Engagement impact planning process. Work with legal team to minimize risk (e.g., non-compete reviews/enforcement and investigations).
