Technology and business consulting support to many important multi-national companies with interests in the Hawaiian Islands. Collaborated on multi-million dollar grants for major educational initiatives between University of Hawaii and NASA, including a large-scale public kiosk system with access to online Elementary level semester-long science curriculum utilizing native Hawaiian astronomical knowledge and practices. This initiative went on to become the Imiloa Astronomy Center. Launched public relations initiatives including online presence and monthly newsletter as well as annual reports for W. M. Keck Observatory. Early online planning and program development with well-respected international educational nonprofits such as The Kohala Center. Provided consulting and project management for program implementation to important local nonprofits such as the Edith Kanakaole Foundation and Kamehameha Schools / Bishop Estate.

Researched, drafted and submitted over 60 grant proposals in four years for high-profile non-profit educational institute. Raised funding through direct presentations and proposals. Designed, printed and distributed over 500 program binders to generate support and educate constituent communities.Developed deep relationships with constituents and designed programs to highlight and preserve native cultural characteristics and practices.

Managed organizational change during crisis phases of digital media division's absorption into parent company, while maintaining business continuity for strong online presences. Within weeks of my start, both the Senior Manager and Director of Applications left the company and their duties fell to my role.Duties included the oversight of a team responsible for continual innovation, daily maintenance and upgrade of internet presences for the FOX brand, including fox.com, foxnews.com, foxsports.com, simpsons.com, and many more. Online games and contests regularly had 2 million visitors hitting several times per day (once upon a time this was a vast number of concurrent users).Managed all applications development projects across all departments. This included collaboration with stakeholders in marketing and sales departments, as well as database architecture and hardware support departments. All sites were hosted in-house in our own cold room with T1 connection.
