Prior to becoming the MD & sales training coach at Outperform Training & Coaching, Dawn worked in close partnership with BUPA’s Senior Management Team to identify learning & development priorities in line with business objectives. She led & managed a team of UK sales coaches & trainers responsible for designing, delivering, implementing & measuring appropriate sales & service training courses & training solutions in order to meet those objectives.
