I am also a Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor, and I am currently working toward my Doctorate in Metaphysical Sciences. Foremost, I am an athlete, runner, obstacle course, mud run winner, and I LOVE adventure!I am fun and bridge joy into all that I do. I am a meditation practitioner, specializing in envisioning techniques, auto suggestion and quantum meditation. I have been a health care professional for nearly three decades and am most passionate about educating people to embrace a healthy, vibrant lifestyle. Psychology and the power of achievement are also two of my main focuses in many of my custom programs. I also design wellness programs, nutritional protocols, behavior modification and stress management classes using yoga, pilates, breath-work, meditation, thai massage and nutritional cleansing.My clients range from professional athletes to people who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and chronic injuries to those who are very healthy but want more guidance on how to further improve their health. I treat the whole person, addressing all aspects of mind, body and spirit.Change is usually proceeded by pain.
