As the Education Lead my role is to support and advise our resellers and end users in the Schools and Higher/Further education market on the dynabook proposition and devices. Since our partnership with Sharp, we have some new and exciting devices heading our way and ones which I believe will help our education customers develop their IT programs.

Responsible for managing partner relationships with one of the UK's largest IT resellers, focused on installation services for the Microsoft Surface Hub, Cisco TelePresence along with other AV and Video Conferencing requirements. Managing installations and provision of services across the UK, Ireland and also Globally. Project managing those Installations through to completion, involving booking engineers, organising travel and ensuring that each job runs smoothly and to the full satisfaction of the customer. As part of Questmark my responsibility is to increase the channel partners for our VC Services and develop and manage current relationships with end clients.

Working in the Education Team, looking after Schools in the UK. Working with resellers and end users to promote Toshiba product and services for use in schools and the public sector.Managing pricing, supply and support for the customer and creating strong partnerships with the channel. Responsibility for Account retention and account development. Also lead the team responsible for our stand at Europe's largest education show - Bett.

Sales Manager for a team of 15 internal account managers within the Education/Government and NHS sectors, responsible for a budget of over £34 million.

Managing a team of up to 12 sales people selling IT consumables into the public sector. Developing the teams selling skills, through coaching and training. Producing Business Plans and setting and monitoring targets and achevements. Contract management and review meetings with end users.
