I have collaborated with students, administrators, teachers, parents, department chairs, division directors and student support personnel in ongoing efforts to ensure that all students are seen, known and supported for who they are and the strengths they carry. I believe this is especially important as they work to understand and find their identities. I am also a trained SEED facilitator with over 15 years experience in diversity, equity and inclusion.
