I have had many different callings in my life and have had many different roles. I believe this makes me an ideal employee for any company, business, or organization. My experience as a teacher has taught me how to work through most situations whether it be angry parents, difficult administrations, or calming a student who is in distress. I have worked hard to look at each situation and explore the best option for a successful outcome. I took that knowledge and added to it while working with United Healthcare. I was introduced to the world of healthcare and how the processes are not always beneficial to the customer’s situation. I worked hard with the customer, the company, and the healthcare system to find the best result. As I learned about the Healthcare system I found I wanted to do more for the customers/patients that I worked with and decided to become a Certified Medical Assistant and have learned so much about how to help my patients with their struggles and to work within the system to get the patient what they need to live as healthy a life as possible. I have always stived to work in a field that could help people, and I am blessed to have had so many different experiences in helping others.
