I am an experienced Office Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry, manufacturing industry & retail industry. Strong administrative professional skilled in Purchase Orders, Procurement, Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Claims, and project management. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, Sage50 and a variety of software platforms including SAP Ariba.Throughout my career I have consistently performed and look for ways to make my workflow more efficient in order to benefit my employer and those around me. Which is why I was chosen for the administrative lead at Henley BlueWater, LLC to help reduce duplicated processes and develop consistency in the administrative position throughout the Henley Enterprises Organization. Likewise, I was also chosen to assist with an Aquisition in California of over 200 locations for Henley Enterprises, Inc. My role was to help with onboarding and to train the Regional Administrators in their respective positions.Currently I work for Industrial Fluid Systems, Inc. and wear many hats within the company. In my administrative role, I have implemented electronic invoicing and streamlined the process from quoting to creating a sale. I was also responsible for the setup of SAP Ariba along with other software systems. Financially, I have had 0% uncollectable accounts and have successfully reduced bank and credit card expenses from 6.5% in 2019 to 3.5% in 2022 while simultaneously processing more credit card transactions. I am also responsible for domestic and international shipping and have had 0% loss due to freight claims or customer complaints. To that same affect, I have reduced our freight expenses by consolidating purchases when possible. Most recently, I have taken on project management by obtaining approvals from customers on certain components and ensuring the parts are in for manufacturing. I don't have any current sales data, but I can say I have no unhappy customers.
