Through permaculture landscaping, rain water collection, and alternative energy cultivation, Spooky Action Ranch has the goal of getting off the commercial grid for all food, water and energy needs and providing sustainable retreat space for artist’s to truly reconnect with the earth and its creative spirit.

I report directly to the owners of the company and work with a private CPA firm for end of the year tax accounting.Primary duties include: * Human Resource Management, including payroll processing, benefits management, and tax reporting. Over my tenure the company has grown from a handfull of part-time contractors to four salaried and five full-time hourly employees supported by two dozen part-time contract positions.* Maintenance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receiveable balances.* Monthly reconciliation or bank and credit accounts.* Monthly creation and analyzation of financial statements.* Working with the management and owners to devise annual budgets.

The Dionysium is a monthly intellectual variety show featuring guest lecturers and centered on a debate. As part of the production staff, I help procure talent, coordinate performers, program the monthly show schedule, moderate the debate, and contribute to the marketing through the monthly newsletter and social media campaigns.

I provided in-house coordination of the marketing campaign for this premiere wedding venue in the Texas Hill Country. In this position, I oversaw the rebranding of the company including the redesign of the company logo and internal documents, served as the graphic designer for all print media, managed the social media network, maintained alumni relations, rebuilt the website, and drove search engine optimization. My initiatives resulted in increased review hits on major industry websites, top search results on major search engines, and solidified relationships with vendors in the industry resulting in increase collatoral for our marketing efforts.

As bookkeeper and solo office staff for this green catering company, I worked directly with the owner to help the business grow from a two man operation to the resident cafe and caterer for the Region XIII Educational Services Campus with a staff of more than a dozen full and part-time employees.

Worked with the Director of Education to grow enrollment and expand curriculum within the theater department. Managed a quarter million dollar budget, supervised a teaching staff of over 20 teachers, and oversaw an educational program that served over 200 students each semester. Also responsible for the production of the Children's Theater season which produced four shows and three workshops each year. As producer I sourced and supervised the artistic teams, and managed each productions build and budget.
