1.Mechanical engineer with total 6years of experience in mechanical system for the detailed design and drafting, execution, retrofit, estimation, site co-ordinations and supervision of all HVAC System installation work.2.Posses knowledge of ASHRAE AND SMACNA CODES, HVAC heat load estimation, duct E.S.P calculations, ventilation calculations, duct and piping layout and design, chilled water system design and equipment selection, pump head losses calculation, issuing BOQ, enquiry to the supplier for quotations, site supervision and engineering. 3.Strong technical expertise of HVAC systems and equipments, duct supports, pipe support, valves, insulation and cladding, and other related components in related to construction, installation, fabrication and hydra test.4.Ability to handle the Multiple project installation work independently.5. Successfully completed commercial, industrial(JSW STEELS) and domestic HVAC projects(400tr, 300tr, 110tr, 50tr and VRFs, water and Air cooled package units, Hi wall units,dehumidifier, HSDs, VENTILATION SYTEMS, AIR WASHERS.)6. Recently I have implemented existing chillers to ATBC(Automatic tube ball cleaning systems) for increasing efficiency and reducing shutdown time (descalling work) and also reducing power consumption of chillers.
