- Provide a diverse range of technical support to Microsoft Student Learn Ambassadors, includingduring the management of the AlGaming event.- Led the development of high-impact marketing strategies to improve student outreach, increasing their interest in AlGaming by 100%.

This included introducing referral and coupon systems, streamlining the registration process and creating an incentive process for different user access levels based upon KYC data.
