• In house accounting services that prepare monthly profit and loss statement for clients• Prepare payroll for employees by direct deposit or check • Filing quarterly and year-end taxes • In charge of maintaining accounts payable, issuing checks to vendors or automatic withdrawal from bank and all receivables for business transactions.• Keep day by day account reconciliation between book and multiple bank accounts• Meet with clients and discuss revenue and expenditure trends

• Compile, review, and issue balance sheets, income statements, and other reports• Prepare sales and local taxes, payroll reports, and income tax returns• Efficiently reconcile multiple bank accounts, accounts receivable, payable, loans, and other various accounts• Management and supervision of accounting functions and preparing financial statements• Meet with clients to discuss financial statements and desired financial objectives• Properly document tax research• Train new employees in the above tasks• Represent clients before the State of Michigan and the IRS on tax matters
