Responsible for supporting OEM sales of multiple HVAC manufacturing brands. Participate in HVAC design with mechanical engineers for large commercial projects, specifies HVAC systems according to customer's needs, with emphasis on energy efficiency and total cost of ownership. High level of expertise in all aspects of modern climate control including the full range of mechanical and control systems available in the commercial HVAC market. Participate in project budgets, ROI analysis, total cost of ownership with owners, developers, architects and consulting engineers. Responsible for buyout pricing & final negotiations with purchasing contracting firms on large scale multi year new construction and retrofit projects. Provides direct customer support for all technical questions regarding HVAC systems before and after sale, including identifying and implementing energy saving improvements to facilities, preventative maintenance schedules & requirements, basic and advanced troubleshooting. Interact directly with customers on a daily basis, in person and over phone/ email, to ensure client's requirements are being met on an ongoing basis. Provide technical expertise related to the customers system with a main focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Internal support of sales of various types of HVAC systems. Main duties involved accurately pricing large scale commercial construction projects, technical troubleshooting of shipped/ installed systems and ongoing customer interactions primarily over phone and email. Responsible for coordinating technical information with commercial contractors and mechanical engineers, assist in design/ build systems and provide delivery coordination for commercial contractors.

Responsible for developing a manufacturing process that is unknown and unused anywhere else in the world. The manufacturing process uses redirected sunlight to produce heat for rotational molding of large plastic parts.During my employment I helped develop the software program used for controlling the heliostats used to direct heat, was an integral team member responsible for developing the mechanical design of the second and third generation heliostats, and designed a large armature to hold and rotate a 1000 pound aluminum trash can mold along two perpendicular axes simultanouesly.I also coordinate daily activity and progress with other team members and contact vendors for detailed information and price inquiries on a regular basis.
