Collaborated with Jabil’s Global Operations team to help manage a global real estate portfolio in excess of 5 billion SF.Assisted in the development process of three new industrial properties, leveraging synthetic lease structures for project financing, the negotiation of energy agreements, and the oversight of construction progress.Managed communication between Jabil’s contracted advisory services provider and individual business unit operators as well as Jabil executives for on going real estate strategy decisions.Worked closely with Jabil's in-house risk management team to constantly optimize corporate coverage through the management of interpolicy stacking.

For 10 exciting weeks, I had the privilege of working as a Development Review Intern at the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) in Boston City Hall. The BPDA focuses on planning Boston’s future while respecting its past; seeking to shape a more prosperous, resilient, and vibrant city for all. As a development review intern, I performed a deep dive into 15+ ongoing large- and small-scale development projects, pursuant to Article 80 of the Boston Zoning Code. Helping facilitate the evaluation of building design, density, use, and financials–as well as the physical and social impacts–for new development projects throughout the City of Boston. This experience allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market in Boston and exposed me to the intricate dynamics between commercial developers and city officials as they collaborate to create the best possible projects.In addition to my responsibilities at the BPDA, the internship program included a series of workshops, field visits, and guest lectures, all organized by Taylor Perkins and Boston College's Joseph E. Corcoran Center for Real Estate & Urban Action.
