As a Student Equipment Manager, I assist our head equipment manager with day-to-day equipment needs such as helmet fittings, locker room setup, practice setup, etc. Along with working in the equipment room, I am assigned a position group that I work with daily during practice. I assist our safety coach with any specific drill he needs help with. This job has allowed me to build relationships with our coaches and players.

Assist the Athletics Video Department with broadcast production and media-related responsibilities for our sports teams. Perform various responsibilities of the Athletic Department broadcast production. Duties may include videography, post-production, live streams, and board show productions among other tasks.

Our primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit pleasant and satisfying.

Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules, and delegating tasks. Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement. Ensuring that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
