As a Senior Vice president of Global Solutions for Randstad Sourceright’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Ian was responsible for the sale and design of some of the group's largest, most complex RPO deals, including global engagements. He managed the RPO Sales & Solution Design team supporting Randstad Sourceright, as well as the RPO implementation team, driving complex, domestic and global RPO solutions. He brought the best of Randstad Sourceright to the clients, encompassing RPO, MSP, Payroll and Independent Contractor Solutions. The sales team provides clients access to some of the leading RPO experts for solutions ranging in scope from enterprise wide projects internationally, across multiple regions, business units and skill sets to specific niche solutions. Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader, providing Talent acquisition strategies that help companies position for growth, develop sourcing strategies, and improve business agility.
