Led the College through a new housing development of 500 beds, with an 8000 square foot dining facility. Launched the College's first meal plan and food service contract with Bon Appetit Management (Compass Group).

Provided strategic direction and oversight during reorganization of Housing Operations, led the operations and opening of Founders Hall and Makers Cafe (Opened August 2020) the college's new 524 residence hall and 8,000 square foot dining facility. Also provided oversight of transportation & parking, facility rentals, and vending.

Developed third party relationships to grow the college's facility rentals summer intern housing programs, as well as other revenue generating projects. Produced all major philanthropic events, including annual fundraising gala, scholarship dinner, annual awards luncheon, student scholarship exhibitions, and more. Produced annual galas in honor of some of the Bay Area's most notable Designers, Architects, Artists, Writers, and CCA's Fashion Design Alumni. Surpassed all fundraising goals, and broke the College's fundraising records. Collectively raised over $3.5M.

Kelly produced the legislative conference held annually in Sacramento and quarterly membership meetings throughout the state. She also supported the financial, membership and administrative operations.CCRF is a statewide alliance of nearly 50 organizations working to promote sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice. CCRF supports and facilitates member-driven initiatives including strategic communication, collaboration and collective policy advocacy to benefit California's diverse women, youth and communities.

Kelly served three positions at the Women's Funding Network; Administrative and Individual Giving Associate, Executive Associate and Project Manager. Kelly managed strategic and mission-driven events for the network of 150 philanthropic organizations. She was responsible for all logistics and production of the annual conference (a 4 day conference held in 6 major US cities), the annual Changing the Face of Philanthropy awards banquet, semi-annual Board of Director’s meetings, and all donor cultivation and benefit events.In addition, Kelly supported the organization's operations unit by serving as the chair of the office relocation committee. She also researched and implemented new technology, planned staff celebrations, and recruited and trained volunteers. Kelly simultaneously managed the President and CEO's international travel schedule, frequent speaking engagements and served as a co-liaison to the Board of Directors.Women's Funding Network (WFN) is the largest philanthropic network dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls. WFN connects women's funds in a global movement and provides them with tools and resources to maximize their impact.

Chico, California Area

Kelly provided daily communication and technical support to staff and volunteers from the Child Development and Psychology departments. She prepared reimbursement claims for state funded programs, evaluated and processed applications for subsidized child-care, and managed the admissions waiting list. Kelly also recruited for Teacher's Assistant positions, processed check-requests and reimbursements, and administered payroll for departmental staff. The Associated Students Child Development Lab provides childcare for children of students, staff and faculty within the University community.

Chico, California Area

As Program Associate, Kelly co-managed an internship program of 40 students, collaborated on all programmatic materials and monthly newsletters, and oversaw the coordination of 10 campus-wide events throughout the academic year. Events included, Take Back the Night, an annual student art exhibition and opening reception, the annual Women's Conference, expert workshops, and an annual staff and intern retreat.The Associate Student's Women's Center educates and enriches campus life through an intensive internship program as well as campus and community events which highlights multicultural and gender issues.
