Publicly listed (NASDAQ & Toronto Stock Exchange), growth stage construction and technology company, I led strategic marketing and brand strategy, serving a great group of people and reporting into the CEO and quarterly to the Board.Building my team from the ground up, my scope included product and segment marketing, digital marketing and demand generation, brand strategy and management, communications, and development of a creative studio. My main priority was on go-to-market transformation, proposing and leading the first formal rebranding and repositioning of the company and its portfolio since its inception in 2004 - which successfully launched to the market on June 30th 2022. This included widespread changes to the company at a strategic level, changes to its offer, proposition and selling platform, and a total reimagining of its digital experience and technology stack. Upon completion, I strategically left the organization, being headhunted into a larger executive opportunity with BlueScope. DIRTT is a global leader in industrialized construction.
