Regulatory / Licensing / Inquests:I regularly act for the General Medical Council in cases concerning doctors' fitness to practice, and have received instructions to defend professionals in proceedings involving the SRA, Social Work England and NMC. Within inquest proceedings I have acted for the probation service, local authorities as well as for NHS Trusts.I am instructed by local authorities and government bodies (including HMRC and the Home Office) in proceeds of crime and customs and excise matters.
