My role as a Archiving and logistics manager is varied. I manage a team of people to ensure files are closed and compliant. This includes managing the logistics of centralising closed files from over 24 offices spread from the south coast to all over London and as far as Devon. All files will be imputed into systems and sent to storage facilities for up to 24 years. I manage file requests from storage and also the destruction of files that have reached our limit set out in client care letters. I also Work alongside the facilities department utilising my architectural expertise designing the infrastructure of each office using CAD software to develop offices to a specific design brief. I have worked in construction from an early age as my father is the proprietors of a successful construction firm. I hold an Extended National Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment for which i gained a Triple Distinction.Before joining McMillan Williams Solicitors, I also worked for two well know High Street companies which gave me experience of running my own section and team, valuable business acumen, and confidence when dealing with a rapidly changing working environment.Outside of work, I am an avid Crystal Palace fan, and enjoy playing football for a local team near my home in Battle. I keep myself fit at the gym and train on a regular basis.
