Take permission / NOC / Opinion from Talati, Sarpanch, Villagers, Mamlatdar, Dy Collector, Collector, Police Dept, DILR, PGVCL etc as per requirement.HR Responsibility: Liaison with Factory inspector, Labour department for compliance related matters, having regulatory requirement, and obtains all the necessary approvals, permission, and licenses from the relevant authorities within time frame for new project as well as existing unit. This includes obtaining land, factory license, plant permission from local authority, and approvals for expansion or modification of the plant. Resolved Labour related issue at plant, handle domestic inquiry & accident, Fatal matter at plant level. Co- ordinate with advocate for Labour court matter. Monthly compliance inspection of Labour contractor through consultant.Legal Responsibility: Follow up & co-ordinate with advocate, attend matter for revenue case, civil case and labour case at district and high court level.
