* Worked on PRT (Power Recovery train) in which include Motor/Generator -GB (gear box)-Steam Turbine-MAB (main air blower)-Expander all system connects to one shaft. * Major overhaul of ABB Motor/ Generator:* Opening end shields and bearing housing top half and bearing at DE side & NDE side and check clearance.- Cleaning and dye penetrant (DP) and Ultrasonic test (UT) of bearing padsInstallation of bearing both side.- Alignment with gear box.*Major overhaul of RANK GB (gear box):* Major overhaul of MAN Turbo Steam Turbine (DG063/60):- Hot and cold measurements-Turbine casing axial and radial gap, check alignment reading and DBSE and float check.- Dismantling both side top half journal bearing, trust bearing, governing valve actuator, top half casing and GBC.-Check and record Tip and axial clearance, pp level check.- Removal rotor, bottom half stator and Bottom GBC.-Cleaning and send blasting of rotor and GBC, DP UP test bearings.- Installation bottom half stator, GBC, gland seal, oil seal, both side journal bearing, rotor, trust bearing, check all clearance. -Installation top half stator, GBC, gland seal, oil seal, both side journal bearing, casing, axial centering and float adjustment.- Installation Steam inlet & outlet line, lube oil line, coupling.- Rotor float measurements and laser alignment with MAB.*Major overhaul of Man Turbo MAB (Main air blower):- Measurements casing axial and radial gap, check alignment reading and DBSE and axial float check.- Remove both side journal and trust bearing, top casing, top IGV.- Check all clearance, remove rotor, bottom IGVCleaning & Installation both side bottom half bearing new IGV and new Rotor, top half bearing, trust bearing.- Install top IGV and check IGV movements, install top casing.-Rotor float measurements and laser alignment with expander.*Major overhaul of Dresser rand Expander(E156):- Commissioning and Start up.

Gland seal, bottom half diaphragms, and hub removal.- Cleaning and send blasting of diaphragms and dye penetrant (DP) and Ultrasonic test (UT) of bearings and diaphragms. - Labrinth seal clearance in bottom half casing diaphragms and gland steam packing with lead wire and filer gauge b installing rotor, extraction valve clearance with lead wire. - PP level (parting plane readings), bearings clearance with plastic gauge and centeringInstalled rotor, gland seal, diaphragms, seal and casing box up.- Rotor float measurements and laser alignment with compressors.- Turbine start up, warming and Commissioning .* Major overhauling of Elliott centrifugal compressor (60MD-3, 60M61, 38M8, Crack Gas Compressor):- Decommissioning, dismantled coupling and auxiliary piping.- Radial and axial rotor float and DBSE measure.- Dismantled hub, journal and thrust bearings, thrust collar and ISO Carbon seal.- Dismantled top half diaphragms and dye penetrant (DP)and Ultrasonic test of bearing pads and diaphragms.- Installed top half casing and bottom half casing diaphragms.- Clearance reading, PP level (parting plane readings) and static abradable seal clearance.- Replaced rotor, ISO Carbon seals, journal bearings, trust collar, trust bearing and hub.- Rotor float measurements, clearance of bearing with plastic gauge and laser alignment with LP, MP and HP compressor and steam turbine and installing auxiliaries.- Start up and Commissioning.
