Advised many clients on how to envision, design, develop, deploy, operate and troubleshoot Windows-based distributed applications and enterprise services infrastructures for organizations with multiple sites distributed across geographically distant regions.In 2004 founded a startup software development company, WS2, with partner from the south of Brazil. Three years after starting with one project and two software developers we were thirty five people teamed every day around a big kanban board identifying needs, defining and prioritizing requirements, designing-prototyping new features, pairing-coding-testing-refactoring-documenting, deploying and providing second level technical support for customer IT/Infrastructure teams to keep solutions operational, secure and optimized in the productive environment.Six years (2007-2013) as business developer on Nokia’s research and development center in Brazil, INdT.
