We provide laser systems and fiber devices for a variety of industries including: Industrial, Aerospace/Defense, and Medical. Our core products include: Direct Diode and Fiber Laser Systems in 1 and 2 micron (as well as other wavelengths), tailored for Laser Plastic Welding and medical industries, custom-engineered fiber devices whether fully integrated or standalone, and Ultrafast Laser Systems with our patented CPTEC (Counter Pumped Tapered Endcap) technology at its heart, which no other company on this planet has. This allows for a fully monolithic all-fiber system where free-space coupling issues are virtually eliminated. I founded Dax Research, LLC, in 2023 to provide Laser Plastic Welding consulting and related services. I work with my customers to provide them unbiased expert input in this field. Providing a unique perspective to the companies I work with by leveraging my 25 years worth of experiences in the machine shop, mechanical engineering, lasers and optics, and entrepreneurial pursuits.
