• Manage the schedule and priorities of a small team based in Manila for the uploading, structuring, testing and publication of ELT products in the Cambridge Learning Management System’s test and live environments and in Cambridge Bookshelf;• coordinate with ELT Digital Operations Project Managers and Project Coordinators regarding publication plans and product builds in the CLMS and Cambridge Bookshelf;• use and update administration tools and process documentation initially provided by ELT Technologies Group;• update the Product Schedule Workflow spreadsheet, which outlines the schedules and resource availability for product builds in the CLMS;• load content and set up user data for the CLMS platform;• create test classes for CLMS courses and perform quality assurance and functionality tests;• track and resolve JIRA tickets related to course build and live product issues.
