Enablement Consultant - Philippine Team Lead
Current- Perform technical Whispir platform and project management functions for new implementations and clients making changes to the platform.- Configure the Whispir platform as required either via Workflows, REST API or Web interface to meet client’s operational use case requirements.- Manage customer/stakeholder expectations in accordance with Whispir best practices.- Coordinate with internal and external teams for a successful customer delivery- Lead customers through their Whispir implementations as per the Whispir enablement methodology including: - Project initiation - Requirements gathering - Platform configuration - Reviewing and resolving customer UAT feedback. - Provide customer specific training on the Whispir platform. - Successful deployment of customer solution within project time frame, scope, and budget.- Ensure customer project documentation is completed and fully representative of the work delivered.- Keep open communication with all stakeholders at all times, both verbal and written. Any deviation from planned delivery to be highlighted to the respective contacts as soon as possible with mitigation recommendations.- Maintain confidentiality of client affairs and account details at all times.Team Lead - Responsibilities:- Lead the Philippines based Enablement Consultants (PH Team)- Leading the coordination of day-to-day activities of the Enablement Team- Monitor and manage the PH Team in delivering team goals including SLA compliance, Time to delivery, CSAT/NPS, Skill upgrade and Process Adherence- Recognise the strengths and weaknesses of each PH Team member. Coach, mentor, and work with them on development plan.- Working closely with the Global Head of Enablement
