Handling of Clint, preparation of BOM & selection of Material.9. Responsible for development phase reports to present weekly project status / readiness to top management and customer.10. Product in house cost sheet preparation & submission to marketing.11. Key role in costing regarding product, tooling and Tool design with supplier & Customer.12. Taking counter measure to reduce new product development and production cost.13. Project planning to meet targeted SOP, budgeting, project estimations, schedule preparation & reviews.14. Responsible for process planning, tool selection, tool design buy-off, tool quality, try-outs.15. Implement standards like ISO/TS 16949-2009, EMS and OHSAS and maintain the system as per QMS requirement.

1. Have knowledge to operate injection mold, knowledge on furnace control, M.M.D, and different type of testing process. Issue material from store according to production planning.2. Supervising Production activities & Monitoring implementation of various methods in Production process.3. Working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion of the production.4. Responsible for daily production process & Machines progress status reports to the department HOD as per the production reports. Prepare all MIS as per need by the GM – Plant on daily, weekly & monthly basis.5. Issue material from store according to production planning. Keep a record of inventory to submit at end of month.
