 The scope of the project involved archival of data from Npower system to EON Azure cloud platform. Managed end to end delivery of the project across different geo locations. The project involved coordination with multiple stakeholders in the business, vendors and IT support teams for the execution phase. Waterfall model was chosen for the execution of the project. Total of 30 application are in scope for data archival, which includes few 3rd Party applications  Managed team of 8 to 10 people. Team members were onboarded for specific time period based on the project requirements. This enabled project cost optimization for the client. Created Project plans, tracked the project progress through weekly updates. Ensured all the stakeholders are informed about project updates and the RACI is up to date. Scope of work includes, preparation of Data Catalogues, review and sign-off the Data Catalogues, preparation of Reconciliation reports and KT Sessions. Successfully implemented the purging scripts for the agreed and 3rd party applications Successfully implemented 2 years rule and 7 years purging rules at destination end.

 Managed end to end delivery of the project across different geo locations. Involved in the projects from the initiation phase to provide the estimates and plan. Work on the contracts to enable the kick off the projects. Manage the resourcing and align resource requirements to the project. Identify risks and issues which could lead to potential change requests. Manage the stakeholder expectations and identify opportunities for new projects. Executed projects in waterfall and Scrum, based on the requirements of the project. Projects have been executed in both fixed Price and T&M models. Experience in managing the teams both at onsite and offshore locations. Manage vendor relations and communications with the stakeholders Provided regular updates by tracking the project progress as per the plan to Business and IT stakeholders. Enable service transitioning to application support team as part of warranty.

 As a part of initial Pilot transition, Started the EDD exercise in June 2015 with 65 applications. Worked with different vertical domain experts at onsite in terms of information gathering on applications, which were currently used by SASOL customers. Ensured that Customer Requirements are determined and are met with the aim of improving customer satisfaction. Always Ensured 100% compliance to Requirements of use cases. Application functional reviews meetings was scheduled on weekly basis with all IM Owners. Conducting daily meetings sessions with the offshore team and explaining the functionality of the applications. Facilitate team lead status meetings in order to provide clarity on milestones/ activities/ resources/risks/issues at all levels of the project (day to day to medium/ long-term planning). After the initial EDD and transition is done at Onsite, moved to JDE practice as a Finance lead consultant.

 Worked as Data Quality Analyst and got promoted to Hierarchy 1 Specialist. Handling disputes pertaining Global Database Marketing system and Customer Data Integration Writing SQL queries and downloading the data from the Database sandbox and exporting into Excel. Worked on web Based Applications like: Hoovers, Integration Manager, Hierarchy Manager (D&B), OnTrack Tool etc. Worked on Ontrack Application Tool, which is a high Priority and Critical task, Involves hierarchy moments/changes in the EMC Database. Analyzing and researching different types of companies data and checking their Mergers and acquisitions and providing accurate resolutions to EMC Database. Designed Process Charts and Process Documentation. Interact with the Client for Project Inputs or updates and share the same with the Operations production team.
