The strategic plan included product differentiation, brand strategy (creation of new brands and brand architecture), consumer pull strategies and initiatives, strategic alliances with customers and other value chain partners, and strategic plans on product mix and markets to maximize the premium realization on VAP. Use of tools like Net Promoter Score (NPS) to increase customer satisfaction. These strategic initiatives led to the following business impact:a. Overall Growth of Value Added Products (Acrylic Fiber Business): sales increase by ~68% in 3 years time; revenue increase ~45% for the same period.b. Revenue increase through focused brand revival, strategic alliance with Sanitized AG, Switzerland & customer centric activities in Europe for AMICOR brand, leading to increase of net realization by US$ 0.70/kg of fiber sales.
