As the Events and Marketing Coordinator for UofT Spotlight I was responsible for the following: - Planning and executing theatrical workshops for all UofT students, including Auditioning for Film, Musical Theatre, Theatre Criticism, Launching your Career in Theatre and Film, etc. - Organizing the UofT Playwriting Competition - Liaison between Hart House Theatre and the University of Toronto Scarborough's Theatre Community - Marketing our workshops and Hart House Theatre productions at UTSC. - Monitoring and Evaluation: Data Collection and Analysis for our year long programming.

Responsible for designing and executing the theatrical season for the UTSC Drama Society. - Lead a team of executives to plan and execute The Festival of the Arts, Open Mic Nights, and Improv collaborations with Eastbound Comedy (Improv workshops and shows).- Collaborated with UofT Spotlight, Hart House Theatre and the UofT Drama Coalition for our Theatre Criticism Workshop and our production at the UofT Drama Festival. - Designed Drama Society's first interdisciplinary - 4 day - Festival of The Arts, including 3 One Act plays, live music, spoken word poetry and curated gallery, involving over 50 UTSC student artists and leaders.

Responsible for promoting a community culture of inclusivity and acceptance through facilitated dialogue, community development and peer education in UTSC Student Housing & Residence Life. - Plan monthly community gatherings and meetings (includes programming like Mental Health week with activities ranging from paint night, to restorative planting sessions, and Sundae Nights to check-in and promote self-care.)- Mediate housemate conflict and be a support for all residents. - First responder to UTSC residence emergencies

Responsible for thematically designing the Drama Society's season by choosing a range of scripts, producing and providing creative feedback during our One Act festival, planning Open Mic Nights, and directing the UTSC Drama Society's MainStage production. - Includes administrative work like coordinating tech, set, costumes, and acquiring grants for our various productions along with the creative development of our season! Directing Experience: - Directed Heart in the Ground, produced at the Leigha Lee Browne Theatre 2017 & at TedX UTSC 2018.- Directed This is War, by Hannah Moscovitch at the Leigha Lee Browne Theatre 2019.

Using art as a platform to deconstruct stigma and provide opportunities for dialogue on topics like HIV/AIDS, sexual violence, LGBTQ+ inclusion in society – the Art and Global Health Centre Africa, uses theatre as a vehicle to raise awareness in a culturally sensitive manner from the grassroots. My responsibilities included:- Designing a creative incubator, now known as the Green Door, for artistic and social justice based programming. - Designing the Students with Dreams non-cost youth entrepreneurship program. - Editing ArtGlo alumni's World Connect Grants for their own social justice initiatives. - Grant writing and Proposal Writing for various ArtGlo projects. - Hosting focus groups for M&E, workshops on Theory of Knowledge, and Improv Workshops. - Communications and Social Media coverage of ArtGlo events.
