-Programme management oversight for 25 projects in the Asia region, ensuring quality in design, resourcing, and execution.-Facilitation of donor transformation efforts in New Zealand, meeting government funding and reporting standards.-Provision of project assessment, design support, and fundraising assistance, including major donor support, to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

-Leadership in managing large-scale emergencies across Asia-Pacific countries, involving resource mobilization, deployment management, and networking with government and international donors.-Strategic engagement with Partnership offices and regional counterparts, including assessing the establishment of a liaison office in Fiji for Pacific disaster management.-Providing strategic planning, support, and training in emergency response and disaster mitigation, managing rapid response teams, and representing WV Asia Regional Office at forums and business meetings, while also offering executive coaching and mentoring to staff.

ADRA Mongolia-Oversaw a National Food Security Programme in Mongolia, managing the design, planning, and implementation of various projects.-Led the execution of micro-credit, water sanitation, agriculture, health, and education projects, encompassing both small and large-scale initiatives.-Maintained comprehensive reporting on project delivery and cultivated strong donor relationships, while fostering partnerships with local and international organizations.

ADRA Kosovo-Managed projects and programs in Pristina, Kosovo, focusing on Internally Displaced People (IDP) and addressing needs in shelter, health, WASH, and food security.-Oversaw financial management of grants totaling up to $30 million USD, providing quarterly reports to donors.-Managed branch office operations in Skopje, Macedonia, handling procurement, finance, and logistics, while ensuring financial and narrative reporting compliance with donor agencies such as USAID, OFDA, CIDA, AusAid, and UNHCR.

-Established a Partner Sponsorship office in India to oversee South Asia Programmes and Finances for Asian Aid International.-Conducted monitoring and evaluation for Child Sponsorship programmes across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, while implementing various development activities in sectors like health, education, water/sanitation, and agriculture.-Generated financial and project narrative reports for donors to provide transparency and accountability.
