• General Testing based on ISO, Operation and periodic maintenance of 7 indigenously developed 5 Axis turn mill, cylindrical grinding machine, ultra precision micro machining center and turning center machines, abrasive cutoff machine were done. • Manufactured the Fixtures required for 25 kW Electrical motors and dis an assembly of 6 Axis 6 - 20 kg articulated Robot, Spindle error Analyzer Fixture for 5 kW to 25 kW spindle, Test bed for Hydrostatic bearings and ISO testing table for 6 Axis robots.• Prepared manufacturing drawings related to all projects and carried out turning, milling, grinding, laser cutting and CNC geometric and thermal error compensation related to machine. • Carried out Fabrication works related to projects such as Welding, Angular grinding, Cutting, Hand drilling and paintings. • Procurements of MATERIALS required for product Development; Purchase of necessary tooling’s required for machining works.• Loading and unloading of machines for various events participated by AMTDC, Machine Levelling, Pneumatic routings and fixing electrical connection. • Inventory maintenance and periodic maintenances of machines in workshop, Preparation of prototypes related to events participated by AMTDC• Jointly done experiments and testing with testing team such as Geometric tests, Dynamic tests and Thermal compensation trials for various machine at various places of India. • Helping Research engineers, student, interns for testing and manufacturing the new products related to project activities.• Maintenance of internal work order, log sheet of machine and following up external machining jobs assigned to other vendors. • Conduct the training a course for our employees to operate all of our machines.• Involved in development of center of excellence Developmental activities
