Current* Managing Entire warehouse Operations.* Supervising the logistics team to ensure they run smoothly.* Handiling Supervisors and Delivery Boys.* Responsible for DC Running As Per Company laid Down SOPs.* Monitoring delivery routes, providing daily briefings to riders and resolving their day-to-day issues.* Responsible for creating attendance of all riders and sharing it with HR as well as creating weekly fuel data.* Timely Closure of Pending shipment & TAT compliance.* Maintains timely and accurate tally of daily payment cases in Google sheets and ensures all shipment data and airline receipts arrive at DC.* Coordinate with the rider and solve his problems.* Verifying and approving petty cash expenses and local expenses.* Retained daily briefings to your team on maintaining food temperature.* Identifying operation related issues to maximize efficiency in terms of time, cost and resources.* Preparing day to day-to-do-list for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively.* Track and trace all in-transit shipments up to final delivery.*Reporting daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably manahement's concern.
