Wakker bij Bakker Student Coaching provides ACT-focussed one-on-one coaching for students with a wide range of psychological issues: fear of failure, stress, time management, loneliness, planning difficulties, concentration issues and more. Team050 provides mental healthcare and coaching. Young, vulnerable individuals can benefit from personal, one-on-one coaching. In these trajectories, individual goals and needs are addressed such as developing planning skills, learning how to structure work, improving focus or developing social skills. I've worked with individuals younger than ten years of age and helped them develop social skills and helped them build resilience.

Happy to able to continue as a group class instructor at the RUG's and Hanze's student fitness centre. Classes include: BodyPump, Fit-boxing, circuit training and Yoga.

Preparing, organizing and teaching aerobics classes as well as yoga. This helps me work on my leadership and motivational skills, and helps me to learn to be comfortable addressing a large group of people.

At SPS-NIP I was the main line of communication between Maastricht University and the SPS-NIP Maastricht board. I was responsible for generating promotion material and promoting events.

As student tutor, I guided first-year students' group discussions which are part of Maastricht University's problem-based learning approach to education. In my role as a tutor I learned to lead group discussions and helped students gain a deeper understanding of psychological concepts by letting students explain topics to one another and asking questions
