• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts during the implementation process. Provide ongoing day to day service.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding client needs and requests, contractual obligations, projected enrollment levels, changes in work procedures, and other elements supporting a successful implementation.
• Develop and administer project plans, incorporating client information and contractual agreements.

• Supervised day to day activities of data management staff including review of records and oversight of duties.
• Management of systems for maintaining accreditation process as needed.

• Developed and implemented ongoing client outreach, conducted community outreach and education, maintained necessary statistics, and interviewed applicants and referred to appropriate services.
• Disseminated information on agency services and client rights.
• Completed initial assessments, application processing, service referrals, and follow-up communication and documentation.
• Hosted monthly Connecticut Research and Educational Network Public Access Television Program.
