• Run clinically accurate simulations with advanced operating systems and robotics to provide nursing students and community health members a safe way to learn how to provide care and improve medical skills.
• Supporting students, faculty, and staff in planning, setting up, and running simulations. Simulations require precise responses that are not only medically correct but guide the learner to a new understanding.
• Due to COVID, utilized project management skills in a team to accomplish converting in person operations to online
• Train and orient all new employees with said operating systems and robotics as well as all simulations that the simulation lab runs.
• Created a “Sim Tech Book” which includes a how to set up guide for every simulation we run complete with pictures and a table of contents. This allows new hires to adapt and learn easier to the new job.

Formulated safe study sessions where students were encouraged to make mistakes and learn from each other. This environment fostered critical learning as well as a safe space to practice mathematics. I created lesson plans as well as mock exams for each unit the students were learning.
