I love to serve! For more than 20+ years I have served the public and helped to deliver emergency medical and scheduled mobile healthcare to the of Ontario and Nova Scotia. In that time I have been fortunate to take part in two evolution in the delivery of ambulance services in Ontario, seeing the industry change from a static response model to one that strives to delivery Mobile Integrated Healthcare with the patient in at centre of it all.I proudly serve as a commissioned officers in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves where I have in my opinion the best job. It is my job to work with Canadian youth and help them develop into leaders and active productive citizens of Canada. I am passionate about leadership development. It is this passion that has led me to the Cadet Junior Canadian Ranger Support Group National Training Establishment where as a member of the directing staff is it my pleasure to help new and junior officers develop their leadership potential and enhance their technical skills as Cadet Instructor Cadre officers.
