As a member of the management team here at Redwoods I have the honour to work with a great group of individuals; I have been given the opportunity to become versatile in learning all aspects of the company. I find myself consistently learning further about the company as well as the industry and I am eager to find ways that we can improve ourselves as a company.My primary role is to manage the golf shop (front line staff), outside services (starters, marshals & clean-up) as well as some of the day to day golf course operations. However, the best, most challenging and most important aspect of my job comes with customer service.Living up to everyone's expectations is difficult however I get a chance to play a role in every customer experience; our guests made a choice to join us and I love connecting with customers to ensure that we do everything we can to enhance their experience.
